Holiday Meet-Up

Gather around Zoom for a Holiday Meet-Up!

We will be baking some yummy holiday treats, spinning the balls for BINGO and awarding a prize to the ugliest holiday sweater. This event is open to all friends and family of PHA Canada.

The festivities begin Wednesday, December 14th at 4 PM PST / 7 PM EST on Zoom!

Register for this special Holiday Meet-Up at https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZwsc-ioqzwqH9E822QLmpUd8cWVATS4TXdI

Open to all PH patients and caregivers in Canada, including those post-transplant. PH Health Care Providers are also welcome!

Monthly PH Community Meet-Ups

PHA Canada invites you to join the PH Community the last week of every month for a casual meet-up with PHriends, old and new. No agendas, no speakers. Just a chance to connect with your peers over Zoom of course!

Please note the December Meet-Up has been cancelled. Check back in the new year for January's Meet-Up information.

There will be two meet-ups each month.

Note: You must register for each meet-up separately - we promise it will only take a moment!

Open to all PH patients and caregivers in Canada, including those post-transplant. PH Health Care Providers are also welcome!

Specialty Meet-Ups

Specialty Meet-Ups are a unique opportunity to discuss a specific PH-related topic with an expert! These informal, virtual meetings are led by a PH community member and offer an opportunity to share ideas and ask questions.

Check back in the new year for information about the next Specialty Meet-Up.

Open to all PH patients and caregivers in Canada, including those post-transplant. PH Health Care Providers are also welcome!

PH Buddy Program

Life during a pandemic can be stressful, especially for people already concerned about their health or the health of a loved one. Staying connected to others in your community — even while practicing social/physical distancing — is an important part of staying well.

Could you use someone to talk to while “self-isolating” at home?

Do you want to help someone in the PH community feel less alone?

Sign up to become a “PH Buddy”. Buddies will help one another stay safe and socially connected during this uncertain time.

Online Support Groups

In Canada, where people are spread out and sometimes live in very remote areas, connecting with others affected by PH online can be helpful in acquiring knowledge about the illness and finding peer support. Here is a list of Canadian PH Facebook Groups:
