Connections Magazine
Published twice a year in both English and French, Connections brings together the Canadian pulmonary hypertension community to inform, support, and celebrate one another.

Filled with community news and stories, research and treatment updates, interviews with PH medical professionals, and more, Connections is a valuable resource that PHA Canada is committed to making widely available to the PH community.
Transfer
In the event of the death of a patient or caregiver receiving a free lifetime subscription, the subscription may be transferred to another member of the subscriber’s immediate family. For instance, a patient’s subscription may be transferred to their surviving spouse or a parent’s subscription may be transferred to another parent or to the patient.
Cancellation
If you no longer wish to receive your free subscription, you may cancel at any time by notifying PHA Canada.
