LIVING WITH PH

Newly Diagnosed

Being diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension can be an overwhelming and emotional experience.

It’s important to remember you are not alone.

There is an amazing, compassionate community standing behind you. This community is here to provide you with information and support as you begin your journey with PH.

Navigating Pulmonary Hypertension Guide

Navigating Pulmonary Hypertension: A Guide for Newly Diagnosed Patients is a completely free resource designed to help people with PH and their loved ones find answers, support and hope during the first few weeks, months or years after a PH diagnosis.

Find Support

Pulmonary hypertension (PH) can be an isolating illness, but you don’t have to face it alone. As a PH patient or caregiver, connecting with others is a great way to gain support from people who understand what it means to live with pulmonary hypertension and can relate to what you’re going through.
