Peer Technology Support Program

Are you tired of struggling with technology challenges on your own? Look no further than our one-on-one peer technology support program. PHriendly and knowledgeable peers from the PH community are here to offer personalized and reliable tech support to help you navigate any issue with ease. These volunteers are trained and ready to assist you remotely by phone or live video chat.

Once you complete our brief intake form, you will be matched with a skilled peer volunteer.

One-on-ones with your peer volunteer are normally about 60 mins in length.

Examples of topics covered include:

1. Setting up and using email (including how to send photos)

2. How to video chat (e.g FaceTime / Skype / Zoom)

3. Communicating by text using your phone

4. Facebook/YouTube basics

5. How the Internet can help you cook
