PH Buddy

Life during a pandemic can be stressful, especially for people already concerned about their health or the health of a loved one. Staying connected to others in your community — even while practicing social/physical distancing — is an important part of staying well.

Could you use someone to talk to while “self-isolating” at home?

Do you want to help someone in the PH community feel less alone?

Sign up to become a “PH Buddy”. Buddies will help one another stay safe and socially connected during this uncertain time.

For more information or to sign up, please contact Jamie at jmyrah@phacanada.ca or 1-877-774-2226 ext. 101.
